Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
- Good understanding of labor laws and company regulations
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Honest, ciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
Job Description:
- Handle and manage employee health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and other private insurance programs)
- Support and assist in industrial relations matters, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with labor laws
- Manage and monitor company vehicle insurance
- Prepare and distribute internal memos as required
- Handle employee reimbursement processes (health, transportation, and operational expenses)
- Maintain HRGA administrative tasks, including document filing, attendance records, and correspondence
- Support the HR team in various personnel and general affairs matters as needed
