  • Adapt and optimize visual content for different digital formats and screen sizes.
  • Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

  • Develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines (logos, typography, color palettes, imagery style).

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Refresh and evolve visual identity to keep the brand modern and engaging.
  • Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with marketing, art direction, and content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful designs.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaign concepts.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Technical Proficiency

  • Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.

  • Prepare final artwork for both print and digital distribution, ensuring technical accuracy and proper file formatting.
  • Continuous Improvement

  • Stay updated with design trends, new technologies, and creative best practices.

  • Contribute fresh ideas for visual storytelling and content engagement strategies.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
  • Ability to create visual content optimized for social media and digital marketing
