Job Description:
- Collect and analyze sales data by region, brand, and channel and to monitor performance against targets
- Support pricing simulations and evaluate the impact of excise changes on sales and profitability
- Analyze price elasticity and monitor competitor pricing and market trends to provide recommendations for price adjustments
- Review marketing investment to measure their effectiveness and ROI
- Prepare regular business performance reports and dashboards for management
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain) to align on forecasts and action plans
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal and external sources
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, commercial planning, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or tobacco
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI or Tableau experience is an advantage
- Familiar with Indonesia’s excise and pricing regulations is a plus
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large data sets
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams
