Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1)
  • 1–2 years of experience as a sales hunter or business development professional
  • Highly motivated in sales, negotiation, and new customer acquisition
  • Proactive, persistent, and target-oriented
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and stay focused on results
  • Willing to travel frequently and explore new marketing areas

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new client prospects through cold calling, networking, and market exploration
  • Present and propose IT solutions that align with clients' needs and challenges
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
  • Prepare revenue forecasts and execute measurable, results-driven sales plans
  • Report on sales pipeline activities regularly
