Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1)
- 1–2 years of experience as a sales hunter or business development professional
- Highly motivated in sales, negotiation, and new customer acquisition
- Proactive, persistent, and target-oriented
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and stay focused on results
- Willing to travel frequently and explore new marketing areas
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new client prospects through cold calling, networking, and market exploration
- Present and propose IT solutions that align with clients' needs and challenges
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
- Prepare revenue forecasts and execute measurable, results-driven sales plans
- Report on sales pipeline activities regularly
