Job Description:

Lead and supervise the Tech Support and Prompt AI Trainer teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and coach team members for growth.
Monitor task distribution and operational workflows across both teams.
Ensure prompt, high-quality execution of AI prompts, following linguistic and contextual guidelines.
Assist in the development, refinement, and enforcement of operational SOPs and internal systems.
Collaborate with Product, HR, and Tech teams to resolve bottlenecks and support process improvements.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
Maintain high responsiveness to operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and clear resolutions.
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-impact work culture.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in IT, Industrial Engineering, or related areas).
Proven experience in team leadership, operations, or project management (minimum 3 years).
Strong understanding of AI, language training, or tech support processes is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
