Job Description:
- Lead and supervise the Tech Support and Prompt AI Trainer teams to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Set clear performance expectations, conduct regular evaluations, and coach team members for growth.
- Monitor task distribution and operational workflows across both teams.
- Ensure prompt, high-quality execution of AI prompts, following linguistic and contextual guidelines.
- Assist in the development, refinement, and enforcement of operational SOPs and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Product, HR, and Tech teams to resolve bottlenecks and support process improvements.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Maintain high responsiveness to operational issues, ensuring minimal downtime and clear resolutions.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-impact work culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in IT, Industrial Engineering, or related areas).
- Proven experience in team leadership, operations, or project management (minimum 3 years).
- Strong understanding of AI, language training, or tech support processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
