Job Role:
Responsibilities
- Content Ideation – Develop fresh, trend-driven content ideas aligned with each brand's identity.
- Content Production – Create TikTok/Instagram Reels and other short-form video content (shooting, editing, storytelling).
- Account Management – Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement on TikTok and Instagram accounts.
- KOL Management – Support collaboration with key opinion leaders (influencers), from outreach to execution.
- KPI Achievement – Deliver monthly reach and engagement KPIs (views, yellow cart conversions, comments).
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive-related roles OR managing automotive TikTok accounts.
- Proven ability to create viral content organically (without ads)
- Strong creative skills to visualize and execute compelling photo & video concepts that align with the brand's image and storytelling.
- An understanding of the brand's identity, values, and target audience to create video content that resonates and reinforces brand messaging.
- Creative, innovative, and great communication skills
