Job Description
- Engage with players and gaming community members to use ShopeePay for gaming activity (ie: buy in-game items).
- Brief Graphic Designer to develop engaging content including promo banners, event invitation, event promotions, and community highlights.
- Monitor player feedback, escalate critical issues, and provide insights related to Shopeepay.
- Create community event ideas (offline / online) for ShopeePay and liaise with Brand MKT ShopeePay for event execution & supervision.
- Track community sentiment, engagement metrics, and feedback trends to continuously improve community strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing Project & Brand Marketing to get updated promo & event information.
Requirements
- Minimal Bachelor's degree
- Professional with 1-2 years of experience in gaming community management.
- Fluent Mobile Legend (MLBB) & Free Fire player.
- Interest in Gaming Community, ever join any online gaming community platforms (can be as player/member or admin/moderator).
- Strong individual contributor in terms of ideation & plan execution.
- Good in teamwork and managing workload.
- Positive attitude and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication in Indonesian especially communication style to build community engagement strategy.
