Key Responsibilities:

1. Retail Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of 25+ retail stores to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.

Develop and implement operational procedures, SOPs, and performance metrics to enhance store productivity.

Monitor store performance (sales, stock level, staff productivity, customer experience).

Ensure visual merchandising and in-store branding align with brand guidelines.

2. Sales & Performance Monitoring

Set and review monthly and quarterly sales targets per store.

Analyze sales reports and identify improvement opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional programs.

3. SPG & Store Team Management

Supervise, coach, and motivate SPG teams and store supervisors to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, training, and motivation programs for store staff.

Schedule manpower deployment based on traffic and sales patterns.

4. Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

Oversee inventory control and stock replenishment processes.

Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery to stores.

Minimize stock-out and overstock situations through effective forecasting and planning.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

Manage store operating expenses, ensuring profitability across the retail network.

Monitor and control operational costs, including manpower, utilities, and supplies.

6. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all stores comply with company policies, government regulations, and health/safety standards.

Prepare and present operational performance reports to management.

Implement corrective actions and improvement initiatives where needed.


Requirements:
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Master's degree is an advantage.
Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations or sales management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-store retail operations (preferably in FMCG, health, or nutrition industry).
  • Experience handling SPG / promoter teams is essential.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.

  • Good understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and sales analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP/POS systems.
