(1) Language:

  • Fluent in English, Conversational proficiency in Korean is highly valued.

(2) Responsibilities:

  • Business Management & Operations

  • Oversee overall management and operations of the Indonesia subsidiary

  • Act as liaison between Korea HQ, local partners, and stakeholders
  • Provide regular reports to HQ CEO and support strategic decision-making

  • Marketing & Sales Strategy

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies in the Indonesian market

  • Implement Social Media/digital marketing, brand marketing, influencer and live commerce promotions
  • Expand sales channels and drive revenue growth strategies

  • Data-Driven Management

  • Measure marketing performance, analyze campaigns, and extract insights

  • Manage performance marketing and key KPIs

  • Marketing & Sales Strategy

  • Build and manage local teams, fostering a collaborative environment

  • Lead project management and problem-solving initiatives
  • Establish and oversee initial customer service (CS) operations

(3) Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG industries
  • Fluent in English; basic conversational Korean for reporting and collaboration
  • Proven marketing and sales experience (especially brand & digital marketing)
  • Hands-on experience in SNS, influencer marketing, and online/e-commerce platforms
  • Proficiency in project management and digital marketing tools. Strong understanding of Indonesia's digital/mobile content market and local e-commerce landscape.
  • Strong skills in strategy development, campaign execution, performance measurement, and improvement
  • Performance marketing within a platform
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian culture and excellent team coordination skills.
  • Prior experience in the health supplements, beauty, or e-commerce industries is a significant plus.

(4) Leadership Skills:

  • Amiable and able to execute quickly
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate
  • Ability to make judgments, decisions, and solve problems

(5) Leadership Skills:

  • Experience working in Indonesian subsidiaries of Korean or global companies
  • Background in health supplements, beauty, or FMCG brand marketing
  • Experience in live commerce and online sales channels
  • Prior exposure to startup environments or new market entry projects
  • Highly collaborative, execution-driven, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

Language: For GM, fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory. Conversational proficiency in Korean is highly valued. For other roles, English and Korean is unnecessary.

Experience: Proven experience in global communication, particularly in a cross-cultural or regional context.

Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of Indonesia's digital/mobile content market and local e-commerce landscape.

Cultural Awareness: Deep knowledge of Indonesian culture and excellent team coordination skills.

Industry Background: Prior experience in the health supplements, beauty, or e-commerce industries is a significant plus.

Working Conditions

  • Position Type: Full-time employee.
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break). Work hours may be subject to change based on business needs.
  • Location: located near KotaKasablanka, Jakarta.
  • Commencement date: 1st December
  • Salary & Benefits: based on experience and company policy.
  • Probation Period: 3 months with 100% of the salary.
