Our client is a Chemical company. Currently, they are looking for HRGA Staff.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle employee data management, attendance, and leave administration.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for local and expatriate employees.
  • Maintain and update HR documentation, employee records, and employment contracts.
  • Coordinate work permit and visa processes for expatriates (RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, etc).
  • Support HRGA Manager in handling company policies, HR reports, and internal memos.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as HRGA Staff from MNC Manufacture.
  • Conversational English proficiency.
  • Preferred Skill: Conversational Japanese proficiency.
