We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager of Quality to oversee our new plant as part of our ongoing business expansion and international ventures in the automotive industry.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management within the automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a Senior Manager role in Automotive industry is a must.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful quality strategies in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data set
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle quality for local and overseas plant (Vietnam Plant)
  • Lead the development and execution of the global quality strategy for the organization.
  • Proven track record of leading quality assurance teams and initiatives on a global scale in automotive industry

  • Oversee the implementation of quality management systems in automotive industry across all business units and regions.

  • Ensure compliance with international quality standards and local regulations within the automotive industry.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are being followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality objectives into all operational processes.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement in products and services.
  • Provide leadership and support to regional quality teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance quality awareness and competencies among employees.
