About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Project Reporting Staff to join our growing team at PT Sinergi Pratama Sukses. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive project reporting support to ensure the successful delivery of our diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data collection and analysis: Gathering project data from various sources, including field reports and project tracking sheets, to assess the status of activities, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Report generation: Preparing and distributing a variety of reports for different audiences, including regular monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management, donors, and other stakeholders.
  • Budget monitoring: Tracking the project's financial performance, coordinating with finance departments, and reporting on budget components to ensure spending aligns with the project plan.
  • Documentation management: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action logs, and project decisions. They also ensure all records are organized and accessible.
  • Stakeholder communication: Serving as a point of contact for project information, facilitating communication between team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is up-to-date.
  • Visualizing data: Creating presentations, dashboards, and infographics to clearly and effectively communicate project metrics, progress, and performance.
  • Process improvement: Gathering feedback and identifying best practices to improve project reporting processes and overall project management methodology.
  • Ad hoc support: Responding to unexpected requests for information, preparing briefing notes, and assisting the project manager with various administrative duties.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting clear reports and presenting information to stakeholders.
  • Organization and time management: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage reporting schedules, and maintain detailed documentation is crucial for juggling multiple responsibilities.
  • Analytical skills: A strong aptitude for analyzing data and identifying key metrics is necessary to report on project performance and outcomes accurately.
  • Technical proficiency: Expertise in software like Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and project management tools is required to track data, create visualizations, and manage documentation.
  • Attention to detail: Meticulous accuracy is required for collecting and compiling data and ensuring all reports are precise and reliable.
  • Interpersonal skills: This role often requires collaboration with diverse teams, so strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining effective relationships.
  • Relevant experience: Minimum 5 years' experience with EPC project preferred.
  • Willing to work on-site in Jakarta and Batam
