We are currently representing one of our client with business in the F&B industry, a family restaurant brand with multiple branches. They are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to help rejuvinate the operations, drive performance, and uphold values across all locations.
Description
- Collaborate with ownership on expansion plans and new initiatives
- Lead special projects such as new branch openings or menu revamps
- Oversee daily operations across all restaurant branches
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, quality standards, and service excellence
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all branches
- Set and monitor KPIs for sales, costs, and profitability
- Identify opportunities for cost control and revenue growth
- Oversee recruitment, training, and staff development programs
Profile
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field is preferred
- At least 10 years experience in the F&B Industry with senior management experience, preferably in casual or family dining with multiple branches
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, P&L management, and customer service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel between branches as needed
