About the role
As a Sales Engineer at PT Kowiejaya Mitra Makmur, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our valued customers. In this full-time position based in Sidoarjo, East Java, you will play a key role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients across various industries.
What you'll be doing
- Providing technical consultation and recommendations to customers on the best products and solutions to meet their business needs
- Supporting the sales team by preparing detailed proposals, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with contract negotiations
- Collaborating with the engineering and product development teams to stay up-to-date on the latest product features and capabilities
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities by actively prospecting and networking within your assigned territory
- Maintaining accurate sales records and providing detailed reporting on customer interactions and sales activities
- Resolving customer inquiries and addressing any technical issues in a timely and professional manner
What we're looking for
- Male/Female max. 30 years old
- Fresh graduate, relevant bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- English Proficiency
- Computer Literacy (Ms Office)
- Familiar with publish social media or media digital
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions
- Familiarity with various sales techniques and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and attend industry events
