Supervise daily production activities in the coil center to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
Monitor and control slitting, cutting, and recoiling processes according to customer specifications.
Ensure production output meets delivery schedules and quality standards.
Conduct daily briefings and provide guidance to operators and technicians.
Monitor machine performance, material usage, and minimize production losses.
Collaborate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Planning teams to resolve production issues.
Prepare production reports, analyze performance, and propose improvements
Requirement:
Education min Vocational High School in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Min 3 years experience as production leader/SPV/Asmen in automotive manufacture (coil center/steel processing is preferred)
Understand end-to-end Production role, experience in handle team member, problem solving and safety regulations.
Able to speak English intermediate level
