Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative R&D Manager for a full-time on-site role in Bogor. The R&D Manager will oversee the development of new snack products and the enhancement of existing ones by managing formula development, testing, and quality control. Responsibilities include researching nutritious and sustainable ingredients, collaborating with cross-functional teams for product optimization, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards. The role also involves monitoring market trends and consumer feedback to drive innovation and maintain the competitive edge of Mamame's product portfolio.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Research and Development (R&D), particularly in the food and beverage industry
- Technical expertise in food formulation, ingredient functionality, and process optimization
- Knowledge of food safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FDA regulations)
- Project management, team leadership, and collaborative skills for cross-functional coordination
- Creativity and problem-solving abilities to drive product innovation and address technical challenges
- Experience with plant-based protein product development is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or related field over years
- Strong communication and analytical skills to present findings and strategies effectively
