About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance Reporting team. In this role, you will focus on reporting activities and provision calculations, while also providing support in managing the Oracle modules related to intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and lease assets. This position offers a great opportunity to enhance your technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced finance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial and operational reports.
- Perform provision calculations for trade receivables.
- Support system operations within the Oracle Finance Modules (intercompany transactions, fixed assets, and lease assets).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external reporting standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and finance teams.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of reporting and financial processes (preferably with an auditing background).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of formulas and data analysis.
- Fluent in English, as you will collaborate with colleagues and partners across different countries in Asia.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using the Oracle Finance System.
- Experience managing Fixed Assets or Lease Assets in a corporate environment.
