We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist
who is both creative and strategic to join our growing team

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute marketing programs (events, digital campaigns, social media, promotions) using available marketing channels.

  • Collaborate with the Social Media Specialist to plan and run campaigns across social media platforms.

  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights to support business strategies.

  • Design, collect, and analyze survey/questionnaire data, turning results into clear reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create effective marketing initiatives.

  • Manage marketing materials and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.Prepare post-event reports to measure effectiveness and evaluate improvements.

  • Maintain a yearly marketing events schedule and coordinate with sales and marketing teams using available project management tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Science, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing (internal or external).

  • Skilled in social media management, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong communication skills (English, Mandarin, and other languages are a plus), professional, and able to manage projects independently.

  • Ability to design and conduct surveys as well as perform data/statistical analysis.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Bonus: knowledge of the life science/medical industry & exposure to international brands.
