Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Director based in Semarang. The Social Media Director will oversee and execute social media strategies, develop content plans, manage social media accounts, and ensure effective brand representation. Responsibilities include optimizing social media presence, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance online engagement. Supervision of social media campaigns, public communication, and ensuring alignment with business goals are also part of the daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong skills in Communication and Public Relations
  • Experience in Content Strategy development and execution
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and drive data-informed decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience leading a team and managing social media campaigns is a plus
