What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute effective sales channel strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue across our product and service offerings
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Identify new sales channel opportunities, such as partnerships and distribution networks, to drive business growth
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform the development of our sales and channel strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of sales channel initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of 8+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful sales channel strategies to drive business growth
  • Excellent people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
  • Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry regulations
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
