What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute effective sales channel strategies to acquire new customers and increase revenue across our product and service offerings
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Identify new sales channel opportunities, such as partnerships and distribution networks, to drive business growth
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform the development of our sales and channel strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of sales channel initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of 8+ years in a sales leadership role
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful sales channel strategies to drive business growth
- Excellent people management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry regulations
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
