Minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or related field.
At least 2-3 years of HSE experience in the FMCG or F&B retail industry.
Ensure the implementation of a Health, Safety (Occupational Hazards) and Environmental management system.
Conduct regular internal audits and evaluate audit results related to occupational safety.
Manage documentation systems, maintain HIRADC, and implement safety risk assessments.
Request and maintain an inventory of occupational safety equipment. Review evacuation routes and create an emergency response structure in the factory.
Implement Occupational Health and Safety (K3) training and programs.
Investigate and evaluate incidents or accidents, including nearmisses, in the factory.
Continuous improvement related to safety and the environment.
Would have of a general AK3 certificate will be an advantage.
Willing to be placed in the Bandung factory, West Java.
