The HSE Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs throughout PT Orson Indonesia. This role ensures compliance with government regulations and company standards, promotes a strong safety culture, and drives continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Certified Ahli K3 Umum (from the Ministry of Manpower, Indonesia).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HSE supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HSE Implementation:
    Ensure the application and enforcement of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, standards, and procedures across all operations at PT Orson Indonesia.
  • OHS Expertise:
    Act as the company's certified Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Expert (Ahli K3), providing professional guidance and technical support to all departments.
  • Training & Awareness:
    Plan, conduct, and evaluate HSE and environmental training programs to enhance employee awareness and competency.
  • Compliance & Monitoring:
    Ensure all departments effectively implement HSE and environmental programs in line with national regulations and company objectives.
  • Incident Prevention:
    Promote a zero-fatality culture by implementing proactive safety measures and investigating incidents to prevent recurrence.
  • Safety & Environmental Standards:
    Verify that all machinery, tools, and supporting facilities meet safety regulations and environmental sustainability standards.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Conduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and recommend corrective actions for improvement.

    Prepare and submit periodic HSE performance reports, including training records, inspection findings, and incident statistics.
