Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of multiple MOMOYO outlets within the assigned area.
- Ensure all outlets comply with company standards on service, product quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Support store managers in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Conduct regular store visits to review performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.
- Provide training, coaching, and motivation to store staff to maintain a high-performance culture.
- Monitor stock management, cost control, and operational efficiency across outlets.
- Report on outlet performance and recommend solutions to management.
- Coordinate with other departments (marketing, training, supply chain) to support store operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel frequently to monitor outlets.
