Our company is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Procurement Staff (Contract). The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicative, and skilled in negotiation to support operational needs and ensure an effective procurement process.
Please take a note: Willing to relocate in line with office transition (from Bintaro, South Tangerang to Pondok Gede, Bekasi).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Purchase Orders (PO) according to company needs.
- Negotiate with vendors across various categories, including packaging, marketing, stationery, supply chain, and IT.
- Support packaging development requirements.
- Follow up on vendor invoice payments with the Finance team.
- Manage promotional materials such as POP, flyers, and billboards for marketing needs.
- Coordinate with internal users regarding requests for goods and services.
- Handle casepack changes, price adjustments, and create PLUs for DC-ordered items.
- Carry out Bank Guarantee (BG) processes and realization.
- Draft and manage vendor contracts.
- Monitor non-trade items from DC purchase orders.
Requirements & Competencies:- Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office, ERP systems is a plus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Honest, with high integrity, and a strong team player.
