Qualifications:

  • Resident in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek).

Job Description:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment cycle and conduct orientation activities for new employees.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation (BPJS Kesehatan, correspondence, etc.).
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees and management.
