- Resident in Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek).
Job Description:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment cycle and conduct orientation activities for new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation (BPJS Kesehatan, correspondence, etc.).
