Responsibilities
- Implement the utilization of the freezer asset management system across all countries.
- Perform regular updates and online maintenance of asset data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions on the freezer system for new country markets.
- Publish and deliver training materials related to system updates and new features.
- Monitor and track issue resolution within the system in collaboration with third-party vendors.
- Conduct periodic online data audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in asset management, system administration, or data management (preferably in managing freezer system).
- Strong understanding of database systems and online data maintenance.
- Excellent skills in Ms. Excel.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal is a MUST.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with experience in conducting training.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to troubleshoot system-related issues effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-country teams and external vendors.
- Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk.
