Qualifications:
- Possess a minimum Bachelor's degree in Law
- Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service / Estate Management / Property Management / Building Management / Services Department related
- Strong skill in Ms. Office (excel, Word, Power point, etc)
- Serve as the main contact for residential inquires, complaints, and requests
- Coordinate cleaning (for landscape & cluster area) and maintenance requests with repairing team & customer service team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Manage residents database and all documents to filling & prepare regular reports
- Good interpersonal skills, enthusiastic personality with passion for service excellence
