Responsibilities – Corporate Finance Manager
- Lead and oversee financial operations across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency in financial reporting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual budget planning and forecasting processes for all business units.
- Review, analyze, and approve intra-company budget allocations and fund utilization to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for key business decisions and capital expenditures.
- Ensure effective budget control, tracking variances and proposing corrective actions to optimize cost efficiency.
- Manage cash flow planning, intercompany transactions, and consolidation of financial statements.
- Oversee financial analysis, performance reviews, and risk assessments for each subsidiary.
- Collaborate with business unit heads to ensure alignment between financial planning and operational goals.
- Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners for financial compliance and reporting.
- Drive process improvement, system automation, and financial governance across all entities.
- Lead, coach, and develop the corporate finance team to strengthen analytical and strategic capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master's/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance or Corporate Finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Proven experience in managing financial operations across multiple subsidiaries or business units.
- Strong capability in budget planning, monitoring, and control to ensure financial efficiency and compliance.
- Skilled in analyzing and approving budget allocations and intra-company transactions.
- Solid understanding of corporate consolidation, financial reporting, and intercompany reconciliation.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel/Power BI.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regional and cross-functional teams.
- Willing to work on-site at Skintific's Head Office – Mega Kuningan, Jakarta.
