About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive revenue growth, optimize costs, and uphold excellent service quality across outlets. You'll ensure each store meets sales and customer experience standards while supporting overall business performance.
Main Responsibilities

Requirements

- 6+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Regional Management (F&B preferred).

About the Position
We are seeking a Business Development professional to support strategic initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and manage relationships across the business. The role includes market analysis, partnership negotiations, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate business development program implementation.
- Support development of corporate business development strategy.
- Develop and identify new business development opportunities.
- Monitor corporate‑wide new projects progress.
- Build strong and effective internal cooperation to support overall departmental objectives.
- Identify and map potential new outlet locations and conduct market area analysis.
- Prepare feasibility studies and provide data‑driven recommendations for outlet expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, mall management, and property agents for strategic locations.
- Develop business proposals, lead negotiations, and finalize partnership agreements or leasing contracts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to align outlet positioning with brand strategy.
- Monitor industry trends to capture new market opportunities.
- Provide market insights and reports to support expansion strategy in Jakarta and surrounding areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or related area.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to prepare proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data interpretation, advanced research, and basic design tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain partner relationships, and adapt in dynamic business environments.
- Willing to be placed at BINUS Bandung Campus.
- Experience in business development, expansion, or franchise (preferably in F&B or retail) – minimum 3 years.
- Strong expertise in market area analysis (traffic, demographics, spending power, competition).
- Established network with mall management, landlords, and property agents in Jakarta.
- Deep understanding of urban consumer trends (Millennials & Gen Z lifestyle and food habits).
- Proven skills in feasibility studies, business case development, and data‑based reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, result‑driven, and able to work independently with tight targets.
- Willing to travel frequently within Jakarta and Greater Jakarta area.
- Graduates from all majors are welcome, preferably psychology for additional roles.
- Experience in business development/ business analysis is a plus.
- Good analytical, fast learner, well organized, creative.
- Ability to learn and work independently on activities.
