We are looking for a Customer Support professional
to join our team in Tangerang Hangar (Soekarno-Hatta Airport). This role is key in ensuring smooth customer and crew arrivals and departures, coordinating hospitality, transportation, and administrative support, while maintaining high standards of service and compliance with aviation operations.
Job Description:
- Coordinate and ensure smooth customer arrival and departure processes, including visa arrangements, airport welcoming, accommodation (HOTAC), and transportation.
- Support smooth aircraft and crew arrival and departure, coordinating with ground handling, immigration, and airport authorities to ensure compliance with security and operational requirements.
- Provide high-standard hospitality and assistance to customers within and outside the facility.
- Support customers in their day-to-day operational and administrative needs.
- Monitor customers' accounts and documentation status to ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Perform credit control and manage customer expenses in coordination with the Finance Department.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports of customer expenses for billing and reconciliation purposes.
- Carry out other tasks and instructions assigned by the Direct or Indirect Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Aviation, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
Training & Knowledge:
Basic understanding of aviation operations is an advantage.
