Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Large Civil construction Projects preferably in Pulp & paper Project, Power Plants or similar industrial projects as Manager or Superintendent.
- Good knowledge of Civil specifications and Indonesian codes.
- Capable of managing various Civil works contractors at site.
- Able to see, forecast and manage the possible problem in term of work sequence between civil work to civil work, and also civil work to other discipline work (MEIA).
- Candidate must be willing to be stationed in Karawang, West Java.
Job Description:
- Manage & supervise Civil works contractors at site.
- Provide technical solutions and directions for any civil related site issues.
- Make sure all drawings and technical documents are issued to contractors on time and latest revision.
- Responsible for HSE and Quality of work at site.
- Check Bill of quantities and work progress of each contractors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Ensure all Civil works are as per the project schedule and hand over to Mechanical contractor.
- Ensure all the work sequence of civil work in correct procedure to prevent unnecessary problem and maintain the quality.
