HRGA Manager

Job Summary

HRGA Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources, General Affairs, and IT operations. This position ensures that people, systems, and facilities work seamlessly to support the company's business objectives. The role involves strategic HR management, operational excellence in GA, and efficient supervision of IT infrastructure and services.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and training programs.
  • Ensure HR policies, SOPs, and employment contracts comply with Indonesia's labor laws and company regulations.
  • Oversee manpower planning, headcount reports, and organizational structure alignment with business needs.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions to maintain a positive and compliant workplace climate.
  • Supervise compensation & benefits administration, BPJS management, and salary benchmarking.
  • Support management in performance review cycles, KPI setting, and bonus distribution.
  • Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives aligned with company values and employer branding.

General Affairs Management

  • Oversee office management, facility maintenance, and operational support across business units.
  • Manage company assets, utilities, vehicles, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely renewal and compliance of company permits, licenses, and operational documentation.
  • Supervise company security, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Plan and manage annual GA and HR budgets, ensuring efficiency and cost control.

IT Management

  • Lead and supervise the IT team to ensure stable and secure technology operations.
  • Oversee company IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, software, and system security.
  • Coordinate with business units to ensure IT systems and tools effectively support daily operations.
  • Ensure data protection, backup procedures, and compliance with information security standards.
  • Manage IT vendors, licensing, and procurement related to hardware, software, and cloud services.
  • Support digital transformation and system improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead and develop HRGA & IT teams to ensure service excellence, process efficiency, and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, HR cost, facility and IT reports) for management review.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management in organizational development and resource planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum
    7 years of experience
    in HRGA or HR operations, with at least
    3 years in managerial level
    overseeing HR, GA, and/or IT functions.
  • Strong understanding of
    Indonesian labor law
    , BPJS administration, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS; knowledge in ERP is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
