Responsibilities
  • Formulate training plans and improve the training system according to the company's development strategy
  • Establish a complete performance appraisal system, organize and implement performance appraisal work, and ensure accuracy
  • Track and implement employee transfers and manage filing documentation
  • Comply with labor regulations, handle employee relations, labor disputes, and arbitration disputes
  • Conduct end to end recruitment process based on department needs
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or Master Degree from any major
  • Good English and Chinese Skill
  • 1-3 years working experience as HR or related field
