Responsibilities
- Formulate training plans and improve the training system according to the company's development strategy
- Establish a complete performance appraisal system, organize and implement performance appraisal work, and ensure accuracy
- Track and implement employee transfers and manage filing documentation
- Comply with labor regulations, handle employee relations, labor disputes, and arbitration disputes
- Conduct end to end recruitment process based on department needs
- Bachelor degree or Master Degree from any major
- Good English and Chinese Skill
- 1-3 years working experience as HR or related field
