1. Job Purpose

Support customer service, sample management, and basic operations in Indonesia. Promote services and maintain client relationships.


2. Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Support & Business Development

· Respond to inquiries via email/phone/WhatsApp

· Coordinate special requests with the Vietnam team

· Search for potential clients (hospitals, clinics, etc.)

· Schedule and attend meetings with new clients

· Introduce services and explain test menu

· Prepare materials and attend client meetings

· Monitor payments and assist with invoice issuance

B. Sample Management & Shipping

· Receive and register daily sample information

· Input shipping data (Indonesia → GC Labs)

· Prepare shipping documents (e.g., invoice)

· Repack samples if needed (under instruction)

· Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery

· Order necessary shipping supplies (ice packs, boxes, etc.)

C. Data & Reporting

· Record data on samples, TAT, and client orders

· Check and send test results to clients

· Track revenue, sample volume, and test usage (weekly/monthly)

D. Admin & Accounting Support

· Check and replenish office supplies

· Communicate with accounting/tax firms as needed

· Assist with contracts, payments, and tax documentation
