Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, overseeing procurement processes, and leading budgeting and forecasting efforts. Daily tasks include monitoring financial performance, conducting detailed variance analyses, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. The role also involves managing financial risks, overseeing tax planning, and collaborating with other departments to optimize financial operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, and Variance Analysis
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Tax Planning, and Compliance
- Skills in Procurement Management and Risk Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is an advantage
