Must-Have Criteria

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in application development
Open to all educational or professional backgrounds (not necessarily from insurance)
Proficient in Java , Oracle Database , and Jasper Reports
Development experience within Finder is a must

Good-to-Have Criteria

Knowledge of Oracle tools and technologies including SQL , PL/SQL , Oracle Forms , and Reports
Experience with Apex is a strong advantage
Quick problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
English proficiency is a plus
