We're looking for a practical, collaborative HR Business Partner to work closely with leaders and three business units to drive people strategy, performance, and organization development. What you'll do:
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to translate business goals into pragmatic HR strategies and programs.
- Act as the HR Business Partner for 3 business units, managing and monitoring Manpower Planning & Budget (MPP), performance, people development, and employee engagement.
- Lead organization development, continuous improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Run and maintain the performance management system for the three business units — from goal-setting to appraisal and calibration.
- Assess structure, culture, and effectiveness; identify opportunities and recommend practical changes.
- Use HR metrics and data to spot trends, inform decisions, and create actionable, data-driven recommendations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations: ensure compliance with laws and company policies, investigate and resolve complaints fairly and promptly.
- Design and deliver training on HR policies and people-management best practices.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in
Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering
, or a related field. - 3–5 years' HR experience with a focus on HR Business Partnering (OD, People Partner, Performance Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
- High level of confidentiality and professional ethics when handling sensitive HR matters.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building strong working relationships.
- Comfortable presenting data-driven insights in a clear, accessible way.
- Familiarity with
Canva, Visio
, and
AI tools
is a plus.
