Property Financing Company
seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Manager
to support the
Business Director
in driving sales performance and business growth. The position will be based in Surabaya, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Business Director to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure high-quality customer engagement and service delivery throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to optimize product positioning and market reach.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    8–10 years of experience
    in sales management, preferably within the
    property
    or
    banking/financial services
    sectors.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
