Brand Executive supports the Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and initiatives. This role focuses on campaign execution, consumer engagement, and brand activations across offline and digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and compliance in a regulated industry.

Responsibilities
Brand Campaign Execution
  • Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns across retail, events, and digital touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to develop brand materials (POSM, digital banners, sampling kits).
  • Ensure all campaigns follow brand guidelines and regulatory standards (age-gating, disclaimers, no direct advertising to minors).
Market & Consumer Insight
  • Gather insights from consumers, communities, and retailers to support brand strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and emerging trends in the vape/liquid market.
  • Provide feedback to Brand Manager on market response.
Trade & Activation Support
  • Work closely with Channel Activation and Sales teams to support brand-led activations (pop-up booths, sponsorships, sampling).
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility in general trade and modern trade channels.
Content & Communication
  • Support the creation of communication assets for CRM, app, website, and events.
  • Ensure tone, look, and feel are aligned with brand identity.
  • Assist in localization of global/regional brand content to suit local audiences.
Reporting & Tracking
  • Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversion).
  • Report on brand health KPIs and activation ROI.
  • Maintain documentation of campaigns for compliance audit purposes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in brand, marketing, or trade marketing (FMCG or vape/tobacco industry preferred).
  • Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and project coordination skills.
  • Familiar with both offline and digital marketing tools.
  • Compliance-conscious and adaptable in a regulated industry.
