About the Role:
We're looking for a hands-on Office Management / GA Junior Staff who can ensure the office and building operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of electrical systems and doesn't mind getting things done directly — from checking wiring to coordinating vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute building and facility maintenance, including minor electrical works, repairs, and small-scale renovation projects.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot office electrical systems, plumbing, and utilities to prevent downtime or hazards.
  • Supervise cleaning services and ensure all office areas are well-maintained.
  • Handle office supply procurement, asset management, and general administrative needs.
  • Support internal company events and operational logistics.
  • Coordinate with external vendors (maintenance, building, and utility service providers).

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in General Affairs, Building Operations, or Maintenance.
  • Basic electrical knowledge is a must — electrician background or certification is highly preferred.
  • Male candidates preferred, due to the operational/field nature of the role.
  • Possess a valid SIM A and can operate both automatic and manual cars.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and reliable under pressure.
