Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounting And Tax Staff located in Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing journal entries, and utilizing accounting software. The selected candidate will handle finance-related tasks, perform account reconciliations, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Daily responsibilities also include providing analytical insights and supporting financial data management.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Experience with Financial Statements and Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and general Finance knowledge
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus
- Involved in daily accounting processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and transaction recording
- Responsible for monthly and annual financial closing processes\
- Capable of performing Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM) and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) calculations for a manufacturing company
- Prepare and compile financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax reviews
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of budgeting and forecasting processes
