Job Description:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
  • Manage pastry section operations, including inventory control and staff supervision.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized pastry kitchen.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven minimum 1-4 years of experience as a Pastry Chef/Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the Food & Beverages industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and dessert presentation.
  • Strong creativity and the ability to develop new recipes and innovative dessert concepts.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for high-quality culinary presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a diverse kitchen team.
