We are seeking a highly experienced HRGA Manager to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HRGA functions, ensuring alignment with our business objectives while fostering a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to local management and align HR strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Implement company policies and initiatives at the local level.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Manage compensation & benefits administration (including BPJS, payroll accuracy and compliance).
  • Lead industrial relations: build positive relations, handle employee grievances, resolve disputes, and enforce workplace discipline.
  • Promote a positive high‑performance work culture, improve SOPs, and lead employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure all company licenses, permits, certifications are valid and renewed on time; maintain documentation and coordinate legal compliance.
  • Analyze HR and GA metrics, generate insights, recommend data-driven solutions, and improve process efficiency.
  • Partner closely with department heads and senior management to align HR programs with business goals.
  • Manage general affairs functions including office facilities, procurement, asset management, and administrative support.
  • Lead and develop HR and GA teams, mentor staff, and promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous growth.
Qualifications
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of proven experience in an HRGA managerial role, preferably within a Trading & Distribution company or manufacturing.
  • Experience (at least 2 years) in a managerial HR position, ideally handling 500+ employees.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Indonesian labor law, industrial relations, HR audit, corporate communications, licensing and legal compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, people development, organizational development, and HR strategy execution with measurable results.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker, empathetic, open‑minded, hands‑on, adaptable, with strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
