Job Description:
- Responsible for the installation, configuration, and deployment of API Management gateway solutions (e.g., Kong, Apigee, etc.) on customer infrastructure (Linux/Unix environments and/or Cloud platforms).
- Integrate the API gateway with existing systems.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact with customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-level issues.
- Conduct technical training, product demos, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
Requirements:
- Experienced with Linux/Unix environments.
- Understanding of core networking concepts.
- Familiarity with API security standards and protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, mTLS).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure with one or more API Management platforms.
- Experienced with scripting language(Bash) or a programming language(Python or Javascript)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome.
