We are currently assisting our client, a leading national company in Indonesia operating in the automotive industry, in their search for a highly qualified Sales Operations Manager. This strategic role offers the opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of one of the country's most prominent automotive businesses.

Job Description

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end rental operations — from application, document verification, contract approval, unit handover, to asset return.
  • Ensure seamless administration of contracts, payments, and reporting in line with company policies.
  • Develop and implement operational SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Manage and optimize the rental asset portfolio, including maintenance schedules, utilization, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor operational performance (SLA, turnaround time, cost efficiency) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Guide, coach, and supervise the operations team to achieve productivity and performance targets.
  • Drive process digitalization and automation to elevate operational effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Economics, or related fields).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in rental operations or asset management (leasing/financing background is a strong plus).
  • Experience as a Branch Manager or Operations Manager in financing companies (especially two-wheeler/ motorcycle financing) is highly recommended.
  • Solid understanding of rental business processes and risk management principles.
  • Proven track record in leading teams, managing SOPs, and improving business processes.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
