We are currently assisting our client, a leading national company in Indonesia operating in the automotive industry, in their search for a highly qualified Sales Operations Manager. Job Description
- Lead and oversee end-to-end rental operations — from application, document verification, contract approval, unit handover, to asset return.
- Ensure seamless administration of contracts, payments, and reporting in line with company policies.
- Develop and implement operational SOPs to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Manage and optimize the rental asset portfolio, including maintenance schedules, utilization, and risk mitigation.
- Monitor operational performance (SLA, turnaround time, cost efficiency) and provide regular reports to management.
- Guide, coach, and supervise the operations team to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Drive process digitalization and automation to elevate operational effectiveness.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Management, Economics, or related fields).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rental operations or asset management (leasing/financing background is a strong plus).
- Experience as a Branch Manager or Operations Manager in financing companies (especially two-wheeler/ motorcycle financing) is highly recommended.
- Solid understanding of rental business processes and risk management principles.
- Proven track record in leading teams, managing SOPs, and improving business processes.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- High integrity, detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under pressure.
