• Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, API references, release notes, FAQs, and system operation guides.
• Work with product and engineering teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Standardize documentation across platforms and ensure consistent tone and style.
• Review, edit, and proofread materials written by other team members.
• Develop templates, style guides, and documentation frameworks for internal use.
• Convert technical concepts into content suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain version control of documentation aligned with software releases.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to improve content clarity.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Markdown, Git, Notion, or similar.
• Familiarity with APIs, software architecture, or Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to content organization.
