Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a assistant manager role.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques, recruitment metrics, employer branding, and organizational development chart.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiar with Sunfish.
  • Willing to be placed at ASG Tower - North Jakarta.

What will you do :

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future organizational needs.
  • Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and support workforce planning.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to management for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience that reflects the company's culture and values.
  • Utilize HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage recruitment activities and maintain data accuracy.
