Our client is a Automotive Company. Currently, they are looking for Production Manager.
Job Responsibilities- Understand and apply industry-specific knowledge, including mechanical drawings, powder metallurgy processes, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close production-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Manage production budgets effectively by understanding financial principles and making strategic decisions regarding resource allocation.
- Ensure all production activities comply with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineer, Metallurgy Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related field.
- Min 3-5 years of experience as Manager or Assistant Manager in Iron casting, forging manufacture.
- Have experience in mechanical drawings, powder metallurgy processes, and QMS.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to manufacturing.
- Business level of English.
