Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader Desk Collection located in Setiabudi. The Team Leader Desk Collection will be responsible for overseeing the collection desk team, ensuring efficient operations, managing daily tasks, and providing support and guidance to team members. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, providing training and development, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
