Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a holding company or relevant industries, including at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in the
mining and/or oil & gas industry
is
highly preferred
. - Proven expertise in marketing strategy, market analysis, budget management, ROI optimization, business ethics, and business development.
- Proficient in using tools such as SEO, SEM, Microsoft Excel, SPSS, project management platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities, leadership, and team management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support the company's investment and business portfolio.
- Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning for each business unit or entity.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital media, social media, advertising, and events.
- Identify new investment and business opportunities by conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to formulate effective business development strategies.
- Foster and maintain relationships with partner companies, investors, and potential business collaborators to expand market reach and investment portfolios.
- Lead and manage the sales division to achieve revenue targets and support market expansion.
- Gather and analyze data related to markets, customers, and competitors to guide strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and control marketing and business development expenditures to ensure targeted Return on Investment (ROI).
- Present market research findings and investment recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with external partners to optimize costs related to marketing and business development activities.
